Job Description: Training Manager
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement training plans to enhance employee skills, performance, and productivity.
Coordinate training schedules for various roles with heavy focus on hourly industrial positions.
Improve work procedures and develop course materials.
Select or develop teaching aids and instructional methods.
Maintain training files, matrices, and informational displays.
Review and edit SOPs and work instructions.
Conduct new hire orientation and prepare training reports.
Collaborate with management and employees to identify training needs and adapt to changes in policies and technologies.
Test and evaluate employee progress and training effectiveness.
Assist employees with task-related issues and conduct training sessions.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Training Manager.
Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods.
Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) preferred.
Ability to work on the production floor and in an office environment.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong planning, multitasking, and time management abilities.
Salary is commensurate to experience.

Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $115,000.00 per year
