Controller
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Controller for a permanent opportunity with a growing company based in Richmond, VA.
The Controller will manage and oversee a small accounting team and serve as a strategic partner to the President. Responsibilities include month-end close, preparing financial statements, managing cash flow, improving internal controls, and preparing financial reports.
Responsibilities :
Manage and lead the company's accounting and finance functions, including month-end close, accounts payable and accounts receivable
Prepare monthly financial statements and investigate variances
Oversee and manage annual budgeting and forecasting
Monitor cash flow and provide support for strategic planning
Prepare financial reports for senior leadership
Monitor financial performance and KPI’s and provide insights on recommendations
Develop, implement and maintain accounting policies and internal controls
Qualifications :
Bachelors in Accounting or Finance
CPA or MBA preferred
Minimum 8 years of accounting and leadership experience
Skills :
Multi-tasker with excellent time management and ability to succeed in fast past environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to lead a team
Salary : $100-130k

Pay Details : $90,000.00 to $125,000.00 per year
