Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and oversee the Client Accounting department, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting for property owners.
- Establish accounting controls , review reconciliations, and oversee recurring accounting activities.
- Partner with property management leadership to enhance financial workflows and reporting efficiencies.
- Develop accounting metrics to provide insights into cash flow requirements and financial performance.
- Oversee onboarding of new client accounts , ensuring seamless integration and accurate setup.
- Supervise enterprise systems, workflows, and process improvements for accounting operations.
- Provide training and mentorship for property management and financial reporting staff.
- Lead performance discussions and professional development for accounting team members.
