LHH is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a distribution company in the area. The ideal candidate will have experience with ERP system experience and a strong background in order processing.
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate information regarding orders, products, and services.
Process customer orders efficiently using our ERP system, ensuring accuracy and prompt delivery.
Resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism and empathy, striving for first-contact resolution.
Collaborate with internal departments, including logistics and sales, to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures to enhance the customer experience.
Type: temporary to hire
Pay: $24.00-$29.00 an hour
Hours: 7:30am-4:00pm Mon-Fri
