Customer Service Representatives Needed! (3 Openings)
LHH has a client located in Dakota Dunes, SD who needs x3 Escrow Customer Service representatives on a contract opportunity!

POSITION SUMMARY :
This position receives inbound calls and completes outbound calls or web inquiries to insurance companies to verify insurance.
Canceling of Auto CPI per procedures and lender particulars.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Inbound Calls (75%) :
Handle incoming borrower, agent and lender calls at a professional level.
Accurately compose written information for loan histories.
Accurately verify, key and / or memo insurance information in relation to al Creditor Placed Insurance (CPI) product types and CPI cancels.
Ability to follow up and resolve customer problems or issues.
Level 3 inbox emails from borrower to help rectify outstanding issues.
Review insurance policies for compliance and lender requirements as well as cancel vehicle CPI policies.
Quality must be maintained to minimize premium loss.
QUALIFICATIONS :
High school diploma required or equivalent
Excellent telephone, written and verbal communication skills with strong customer service focus
Professional interaction with employees, peers and customers required
Ability to answers questions, correct errors and resolve discrepancies
Title : Escrow Customer Service Representatives x3
Location : Dakota Dunes, SD
Hours : Monday - Friday. 9am-5 : 30pm. (Training 7 : 30am-4pm.)
Pay : $16.50 / hour
Type : 6 month contract (Conversion possible based on business need)
