LHH is seeking a Customer Support Specialist that will provide exceptional support for complex products and systems by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and delivering solutions across multiple channels. This role requires strong technical knowledge, communication skills, and a proactive approach to maintaining high customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries about complex products, services, and issues across multiple communication channels.
  • Develop expertise in business applications and upcoming system implementations to provide comprehensive support.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction levels through a commitment to quality and effective resolution of operational and technical issues related to complex systems or processes.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of current business applications and their interactions to deliver timely assistance to end users. Address customer and partner inquiries, identify recurring issues, and recommend solutions.
  • Analyze complex situations and make informed decisions to address customer needs effectively.
  • Apply communication best practices to ensure clear and accurate information exchange with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with team members, management, and other departments to contribute to the success of the support team and assist with system rollouts.
  • Ensure all customer issues are thoroughly resolved, including during emergency scenarios, in alignment with organizational protocols.
  • Utilize multiple tools and systems to investigate and troubleshoot system-related inquiries.
  • Balance multiple tasks effectively, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain accountability for personal development in supported technologies.

Qualifications :

  • Associate degree in business, technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience with relevant products and systems.
  • Experience in a customer support or call center environment, particularly involving PC applications, software, and IT systems.
  • Certifications such as Certified Help Desk Professional or HIPAA are preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interactions with customers, technical experts, and management at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and make sound business decisions.
  • A proactive mindset toward embracing and utilizing technology to enhance service quality.
  • Pay : $22 - $23 per hour

Our benefit offerings provide employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. In addition, our associates may be eligible for paid leave including Paid Sick Leave or any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law, as well as Holiday pay where applicable.

    Pay Details : $22.00 to $23.00 per hour
