Position : Electrical Project Supervisor- Construction
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion.
Supervise projects to guarantee safety, productivity, and high-quality standards.
Provide regular progress updates to clients through various communication channels.
Monitor and manage the construction budget to prevent overspending.
Coordinate with General Contractors, Clients, Inspectors, Architects, and Engineers as necessary.
Communicate effectively with the internal estimating team.
Utilize project management software such as Monday & Foundation.
Identify and manage scope changes and change orders.
Collaborate with electricians to address any issues that arise during the project.
Offer layout, direction, and guidance before project commencement.
Qualifications :
Proficiency in operating various vehicles, including vans and trailers.
Familiarity with route driving and efficient navigation.
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients.
Willingness to undergo training to become certified to operate a forklift.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Possession of a standard driver's license; CDL not required.
Capability to pass a Motor Vehicles Record check.
Availability to respond to emergency phone calls at any time.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical construction project management.
Compensation is up to $100,000 / annual based on experience
