LHH is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for a direct hire opportunity. This role involves providing financial guidance for business decisions, conducting ad-hoc analyses, fostering a profit-oriented mindset among partners, and collaborating with various departments to ensure accurate financial data, while also supporting broader finance functions.
Responsibilities :
Provide financial insights and recommendations for proposed business decisions.
Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses as required.
Drive a "Profit Mindset" among business partners through regular profit and loss (P&L) discussions.
Develop expertise in advising on and addressing variable compensation models and issues.
Collaborate closely with Accounting & HR to ensure accuracy of structural data for P&Ls.
Construct and enhance financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting models.
Fulfill additional responsibilities aligned with supporting finance functions.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Management, Mathematics, or equivalent.
4-6 years of progressive experience in finance roles.
Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, VLOOKUPS, VBA, and Macros.
Competency in other MS Office applications, especially Word and Access.
Strong initiative and a collaborative team player mindset.
Ability to discern synergies across different workstreams.
Confidence in engaging and influencing senior Sales leaders.
Outgoing personality with a sales-oriented approach, balancing finance analytics with high-level sales concepts.
Eagerness to deeply understand the business and evolve into a trusted advisor for senior Sales leaders.
Pay Details : $100,000-$120,000
Pay Details : $65,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
