LHH Recruitment Solutions is presently in search of a full-time Bilingual Administrative Assistant to support a client located in Victorville, CA, on a contractual basis. The chosen candidate will be responsible for providing assistance to case specialists.
Responsibilities :
Handle incoming mail efficiently and accurately document it into the system, ensuring compliance with program regulations and guidelines.
Review submitted documentation to verify completeness and proactively address any missing items.
Assist with various Subsidy-related tasks, including filing, typing, receiving, sending, and logging subsidized mailings.
Prepare enrollment and provider packets, distribute copies, and offer clerical support such as photocopying, filing, faxing, typing, and mail processing.
Manage telephone calls, providing assistance or directing callers requiring special attention.
Provide follow-up phone support when necessary.
Input data accurately.
Maintain daily communication and provide necessary support.
Assist in assembling and maintaining accurate and comprehensive program modules to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Offer technical support and assistance to ensure the smooth operation of the department.
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of program regulations, guidelines, and funding terms and conditions necessary for effective job performance.
Qualifications :
Preferably an Associate's Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Child Development, Social Work, Human Services, Family Studies, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs is essential.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and interact with the public in a sensitive and supportive manner.
Strong organizational skills, capable of completing tasks within tight deadlines, even when faced with competing demands and shifting priorities.

Compensation : $19.50 per hour
Job Type : Contract (possibility of conversion, but not guaranteed)
Schedule : Monday – Friday
