key Responsibilities :
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding, including job postings, resume reviews, interview scheduling, and background checks.
- Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases.
- Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new hires.
- Handle employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues.
- Prepare HR documents like employment contracts and new hire guides.
- Support the HR Manager with policy formulation, hiring, and salary administration.
- Manage HR department communications.
- Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws.
- Assist with payroll duties, including attendance and leave records.
Qualifications :
Pay Details : $24.00 to $28.00 per hour
