Position Overview : The Director of Human Resources will be entrusted with the responsibility of overseeing all facets of human resources practices and processes within our organization. This pivotal role involves the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives that are in alignment with the overall business strategy. Additionally, the HR Director will manage the recruitment and selection process, foster a positive work environment, and ensure the smooth operation of HR functions.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and initiatives that are in harmony with the overarching business strategy.
- Serve as a bridge between management and employees by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues that may arise.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process to ensure the acquisition of top talent.
- Support the current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of human capital.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Cultivate a positive working environment that promotes employee well-being and productivity.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and aligns with organizational goals.
- Maintain the pay plan and benefits program to ensure competitive and fair compensation for employees.
- Assess training needs and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Report to management and provide decision support through the use of HR metrics and data analysis.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout all aspects of human resource management to mitigate risks and protect the organization.
