HR Generalist (Temporary) – Seattle, WA
Location : Seattle, WA
Pay Range : $30 - $38 per hour
Job Overview :
We’re seeking a Temporary HR Generalist to support daily HR operations, ensuring smooth processes across employee relations, compliance, and onboarding. This role is ideal for a proactive HR professional with broad generalist experience.
Key Responsibilities :
Act as a point of contact for HR inquiries, providing guidance to employees and managers.
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems.
Support employee relations, engagement, and conflict resolution.
Qualifications :
2 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Experience with HRIS systems preferred.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Pay Details : $30.00 to $38.00 per hour
