Title : Onsite - Implementation Coordinator
Location : Onsite - Nashville, TN 37203
Shift : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM CT (8-hour shifts)
Contract Type : 6-month contract with the possibility of extension / conversion
Travel : Required to various healthcare facilities.
Required Qualifications :
At least 1 year of implementation experience (experience with any EMR system required).
Strong organizational & communication skills —ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Flexibility to travel to multiple healthcare facilities as needed.
Experience with case management technology (preferred)
Certification in healthcare fields (LPN, EMT, etc.) is helpful but not required.
Preferred Experience :
Familiarity with Meditech, Cerner, Epic, or similar healthcare systems
Associate degree in healthcare, IT, or related field (preferred)
Medical knowledge and understanding of healthcare workflows
Position Summary :
We are seeking an Implementation Coordinator to support the successful rollout of hospital case management technology across multiple facilities located in Nashville, TN. This role will ensure seamless system integration, assist clinical staff with training, and troubleshoot issues during implementation and go-live periods. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in clinical environments while collaborating with hospital leadership and case management teams.
Key Responsibilities :
Apply knowledge of electronic medical record (EMR) systems and case management workflows during implementation and go-live support.
Serve as a point of contact for software issues, providing initial troubleshooting and escalating concerns as needed.
Ensure hospital case management staff have appropriate access and understand how to efficiently navigate the system.
Facilitate training and education to maintain a consistent and standardized implementation approach.
Collaborate with corporate, division, and facility leadership to coordinate implementation initiatives.
Assess lessons learned from each implementation phase and recommend improvements for future roll-outs.
Support the on-boarding of new team members and resources during the implementation period.
