LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a law firm in search of a licensed title agent with commercial real estate experience. The ideal candidate is a paralegal with their title agent license! Responsibilities :
Prepare and review closing documents and settlement statements
Coordinates commercial closings and post-closing
Order title and conduct research on title issues in regard to the commercial properties
Resolve title issues
Conduct ALTA surveys
Work with underwriters
Conduct document review of deeds, mortgages and easements
Qualifications :
PA Licensed Title Agent
Commercial Real Estate Experience
Paralegal Certificate preferred
