Litigation Paralegal

LHH is looking for a Direct Hire Litigation Paralegal – Hybrid in Troy, MI. Looking for someone with 5 years of litigation experience, preferably in warranty, lemon law, or product liability litigation.

About the Role:
 Ideal candidates will have experience in consumer warranty, lemon law, or product liability litigation and possess strong organizational and case management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, edit, and proofread legal documents, including correspondence, agreements, and pleadings.
• Work closely with attorneys to advance litigation cases by providing regular case updates and flagging urgent client or case needs.
• Assist with discovery processes, including document production, discovery requests, and depositions.
• Manage and organize case files using iManage for document management.
• Participate in document review and analysis through various platforms.
• Assist with trial preparation, including coordinating witnesses, preparing exhibits, and attending trial if necessary.
• Support mediation, arbitration, and client meetings by compiling and managing case materials.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in consumer warranty, lemon law, or product liability litigation.
• Proven ability to manage case files and meet critical deadlines.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with client billing guidelines and experience recording billable hours.
• Willingness to travel nationwide for trial assistance when needed.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree, Paralegal Certificate, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Salary: $65,000 - $95,000 beneifts

 

Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
