LHH is seeking a MAINTENANCE & REPAIR COORDINATOR for a long-term contract position in Webster, TX.
Position : MAINTENANCE & REPAIR COORDINATOR
Type : Contract-to-hire
Location : 100% onsite (77058 zip code)
Pay Range : $23-27 / hr DOE
Work Schedule : M-F, 8 : 30 am-5 pm
SUMMARY :
Seeking an entry-level Maintenance & Repair Representative for their Operations Department.
JOB FUNCTIONS :
Evaluate all estimates against HGT Repair Standard.
Ensure all depots write estimates against the HGT Repair Standard.
Ensure the repair and / or modification maintains the integrity of HGT equipment in accordance with applicable standards (CSC, IMDG, ADR, DOT, etc.).
Enforce depot compliance via personal or third-party verification.
Provide technical resources for other departments.
Utilize tools, resources, and procedures to assist in the overall management of the HGT fleet.
Recognize and act upon opportunities for improvement by communicating these to the responsible manager.
Manage time wisely, including rendering assistance to team members as needed.
Keep direct line supervisor apprised of potential deviations in daily business proceedings.
Back up other M&R Reps during their absence.
Perform other job duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS :
Computer application skills.
Problem-solving abilities.
Oral and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented.
Ability to interact with all levels in the organization.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task with the ability to plan and complete work with little supervision.
Pay Details : $23.00 to $27.00 per hour
