LHH is recruiting ASAP for a full-time Marketing Manager for one of our long-standing, consumer manufacturing clients in the Greater Milwaukee area!
Location : Onsite in Greater Milwaukee Area
Compensation : $72K-$82K based on experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in traditional and digital marketing, consumer insights, marketing communication or category / product marketing in the manufacturing category.
Experience developing marketing strategy and executing on the strategy.
Strong marketing campaign management / project management experience.
Strong understanding of the creative process and experience working with creative teams.
Understanding of retail eCommerce platforms, consumer behavior, and customer journey mapping.
Experience evaluating marketing performance and making recommendations for optimization.
Experience mentoring or leading directly or on project management initiatives.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Social Media Platforms, E-mail Marketing Tools, and Project Management Tools.
Strong attention detail
Ability to multitask and manage various initiatives simultaneously.
