Job Title : Medical Coder
Location : Baltimore, MD - ON SITE
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a respected healthcare organization in Baltimore, MD, to find a skilled and motivated Medical Coder . This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the organization’s coding operations and ensure compliance and accuracy.
Responsibilities :
Perform accurate medical coding for various services and procedures, ensuring adherence to coding guidelines.
Review medical records to ensure proper documentation supports coding.
Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and clarify documentation.
Qualifications :
Must be CPC or CCS certified.
Prior experience with E&M medical coding is required.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet productivity and accuracy standards.
Schedule :
Monday through Friday, 8 : 30 AM - 5 PM for the first 1-2 weeks.
Flexible start times available after training, with shifts starting as early as 6 AM.

Pay Details : $23.00 to $29.00 per hour
