Medical Front Office Admin
LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Medical Front Office Admin for our healthcare client located in Downtown Seattle. This will be a contract position and a full-time, Monday-Friday, full-time opportunity.
This position will focus on all aspects of the administrative spectrum including patient check in and out, phone correspondence, scheduling patient appointments, collection of copays, and assisting with other clerical duties as needed.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years medical administrative/healthcare experience required
- Proficiency working within EMR Systems and Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication, especially over the phone
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and adapt to different tasks throughout the day
- Tech savvy and able to work well within multiple software systems throughout the day
- Able to give a strong customer service experience
- Can work well in high-pressure situations and de-escalate situations as needed
Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
