Job Title : Non-Profit Administrative Assistant (Contract)
Location : Renton, WA
Duration : 3 Months
LHH is seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our client's non-profit organization on a 3-month contract basis. The ideal candidate will support our team with various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and organize office operations and procedures.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and events.
- Maintain and update records and databases.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Provide general administrative support to the team.
Qualifications :
Pay Details : $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
