LHH is seeking an experienced Patent Paralegal with 3 years of Patent experience for our client in Portland, OR.
Location : Portland, OR – (Can work 2 days remote after the first 60 days in the office)
Type : Temporary (6 months)
Regular office hours : 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM, Monday to Friday.
Pay range : $32 / hr. $55 / hr.
Responsibilities :
- Assist attorneys in delivering legal services to clients.
- Handle U.S. and international patent applications, including filings and formal documents.
- Manage post-registration changes in patent properties.
- Maintain and update patent forms and reports.
- Prepare and send client and foreign associate correspondence.
- Review and approve docketing data.
- Conduct research and summarize findings.
- Handle new client file intakes and counsel transfers.
- Prepare cost estimates for foreign patent applications.
