Are you passionate about providing exceptional telephone support and making a difference in patient billing? We're looking for a dynamic individual to fill our Patient Services Representative role.
Please note this position is remote and to be considered for this role you MUST reside in Hawai'i.
Minimum Requirements
A minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare office environment.
Excellent telephone customer service skills.
Proficiency in Excel and Word with strong written and oral communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands.
Knowledgeable in Epic
Essential Functions
Answer incoming patient billing inquiries with a friendly and informative approach.
Proactively follow up on accounts with outstanding balances, ensuring appropriate payment arrangements.
Manage a patient balance aging queue or spreadsheet.
Review patient balances for collections and coordinate third-party turnover as needed.
Provide phone coverage and support to other staff members.
Embrace a professional attitude and foster a teamwork mentality.
Undertake other assigned duties as needed.
Pay Details : $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
