Responsibilities
- Confirm demographic, financial, and clinical information with patients.
- Maintain professionalism while greeting patients and providing great customer service.
- Facilitate copay collection conversations with patients.
- Facilitate patient flow from point of entry to the destination.
Requirements
Work Hours & Pay : 5 : 00 PM to 5 : 00 AM rotating schedule (Overnight after daytime training)
Job Type : Contract-to-hire & Full-time (40 hrs / wk)
Pay Details : $17.00 per hour
