Greetings! LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with an exceptional healthcare network for a Patient Registration role in the Bloomington, IN area!
Responsibilities
- Confirm demographic, financial, and clinical information with patients.
- Maintain professionalism while greeting patients and providing great customer service.
- Facilitate copay collection conversations with patients.
- Facilitate patient flow from point of entry to the destination.
Requirements
- Some office, food service, or retail experience required.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to go above and beyond with your customer service!
Work Hours & Pay (Two Options Available):
- 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM M-F (Daytime; $16/hr)
- 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM rotating schedule (Overnight after daytime training; $17/hr)
Job Type: Contract-to-hire & Full-time (40 hrs/wk)
Pay Details: $16.00 to $17.00 per hour
