Patient Registration – Hamilton, OH 45011
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a healthcare organization in Hamilton, OH, to find a Patient Registration Representative . This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering 35-40 hours per week , with shifts starting as early as 7 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM .
Key Responsibilities :
Register patients efficiently and accurately for medical services
Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations
Collect co-pays and process patient payments
Maintain and update patient records in the system
Assist with scheduling follow-up appointments as needed
Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries
Qualifications :
Prior experience in patient registration, medical front desk, or related healthcare setting
Knowledge of insurance verification and medical billing processes
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
