Position : Payroll Specialist
Location : Aumsville, OR
Job Type : Direct Hire, Hybrid (3 days a week in office), Full Time
Compensation : $30 - $40 an hour DOE
Responsibilities :
Managing prevailing wages within payroll for a smaller company weekly.
Ensuring the accuracy of all data input into the payroll system
Safeguarding the confidentiality and security of employee information
Addressing payroll inquiries and resolving discrepancies promptly and professionally
Assisting with year-end payroll reporting
Undertaking other related duties as necessary
Requirements :
Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing within ADP software or prevailing wage experience
Exceptional attention to detail and precision
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
