We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Process Engineer to join our client's team in Sussex County, NJ. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical or industrial engineering and a passion for continuous improvement and problem-solving. This role involves working on the floor, troubleshooting various processes such as injection molding, compression molding, grinding, metal turning, and assemblies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Troubleshoot and optimize manufacturing processes.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Implement and maintain ISO9001 and AS9100 standards.
- Take initiative to learn and improve processes independently.

Pay Details : $75,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
