Job Title : Procurement Specialist
Location : Remote (Preferably in North American time zones)
Duration : 12 month contract (with potential for extension)
Pay Range : $30 - $35 per hour depending on experience level
Job Summary :
A Procurement Specialist with 2 years of experience in supply chain roles, focusing on supporting procurement functions, is required. This position will involve managing multiple procurement tasks, handling day-to-day inquiries, and providing administrative support to the team.
Key Responsibilities :
Respond to day-to-day inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
Provide administrative support, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
Assist with managing multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
Develop and maintain accurate records and reports, both physical and digital.
Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and objectives.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Qualifications :
2 years of industry experience in supply chain fulfillment operations, including forecasting, demand management, supply planning, order management, MPS / MRP, inventory control, and logistics.
Proficiency in Google Docs and Google Suite.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience in procurement and supplier management.
Pay Details : $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
