Summary
Procurement Specialist with 2-5 years of experience working in supply chain type jobs supporting procurement.
Qualifications
2 years of industry experience in Supply Chain fulfilment operations including, but not limited to forecasting, demand management, supply planning, order management, MPS / MRP, inventory control, logistics.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to and resolve day-to-day inquiries from internal and external stakeholders in a timely and professional manner
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines as needed
Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, document preparation, and filing
Develop and maintain accurate records and reports, both physical and digital
Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and objectives
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
