Job Description : We are currently seeking an experienced Project Accountant with a strong background in AIA billing and cost accounting for an exciting opportunity in Nashville, TN. This is a direct hire position with a reputable company that values attention to detail, accountability, and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage AIA billing processes, including preparation, submission, and follow-up of AIA billing applications.
- Review and ensure proper documentation for all billing cycles, including compliance with contract terms and schedules.
- Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and other team members to accurately track project costs.
- Monitor and report on project budgets, cost forecasting, and variances.
- Prepare job cost reports, journal entries, and reconcile project-related accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, subcontracts, and change orders.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes related to project accounting.
- Ensure proper handling of financial data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications :
Pay : $65-75k
Job Type : Full time; onsite
