We are seeking applicants for a Project Accountant role with a great organization in Greensboro. This role is responsible for working with project managers to set up new jobs, enter and revise job cost estimates, and coordinate with the wider accounting departments to ensure accurate invoicing and billing.
Job duties :
Coordinate and assist project managers with job cost review and billings
Obtain or retrieve job cost reports for Project managers
Coordinate and assist project managers with completing job cost reviews, including entry, revisions, and closing jobs after completion of the reviews
Obtain or retrieve job cost reports for project managers for billing review
Coordinate and assist project managers with completing billings review including ensuring all billings are completed in a timely manner
Monthly review of outstanding receivables including coordinate and assisting with collection of outstanding receivables
Other ad hoc analysis as necessary
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Accounting or a related field, highly preferred
3-5 years of general accounting experience
Construction experience highly preferred
Strong Excel skill (pivot tables, vlookups, formulas)
Excellent Communication Skills

Pay Details : $28.00 to $35.00 per hour
