Overview
The Project Coordinator/Accountant will play a critical role in supporting our Project Managers (PMs), Senior Project Managers (SPMs), Director of Services (DoS), and Vice Presidents (VPs) by assisting in managing and supervising administrative, technical, and financial aspects of assigned projects from project award to completion.

The Project Coordinator/Accountant will play a critical role in supporting our Project Managers (PMs), Senior Project Managers (SPMs), Director of Services (DoS), and Vice Presidents (VPs) by assisting in managing and supervising administrative, technical, and financial aspects of assigned projects from project award to completion.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with maintaining project documentation, timelines, and SharePoint job files
- Create new job setup: Xcelerate (XC), Sage, Encircle, TrackAbout, & SharePoint (SP)
- Update CRM in XC with any contacts from jobs.
- Close job procedures: XC final close-out notes, download close-out documents from XC to SP, and add Sage job number to Jobs-To-Close Tracker
- Maintain XC job status and milestones.
- Coordinating and executing weekly PM/PA Meetings and Production Meetings with distributing agendas, taking notes, and follow-up action items
- Assisting with project planning and budget tracking
- Ensure there are timelines and active working budgets for assigned jobs.
- Managing project management tools, software, and procedures
- Collaborating with cross-functional divisions: mitigation, remediation, and repairs; Operations, Admin, Finance/HR and Safety & Transportation departments
- Assist with Special Projects
- This person will also work closely with the accounting team to ensure that projects are booked to the Work-In-Process (WIP) appropriately and invoiced appropriately.
- This individual would be responsible for jobs from the time it is opened in all platforms until it is paid in full and closed and includes performing accounts receivables actions.
