LHH Recruitment Solutions is proactively seeking a Recruiter / Talent Sourcer to join our team on a contract basis. As we continue to expand, we need a proactive and skilled recruiter who can find top talent and help us build a high-performing workforce for our diverse clients in Houston.   • Job Title : Recruiter / Talent Sourcer (Contract)
  • Location : Houston, Texas
  • Job Type : Temp / Contract
  • Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM or 9 AM - 5 PM
  • Pay Rate : Up to $33.00 / hr (DOE)

As a Recruiter / Talent Sourcer , you will be responsible for finding and attracting qualified candidates for various roles across multiple industries. You will play an integral part in sourcing talent, conducting interviews, and supporting the recruitment process for our clients in Houston. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, have experience with various sourcing techniques, and be excited to contribute to an impactful recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Sourcing Candidates : Utilize multiple sourcing strategies including job boards, social media, networking, and proactive outreach to build and maintain a pipeline of top-tier candidates.
  • Job Postings & Screening : Create and manage job postings, screen resumes, and conduct initial candidate screenings to ensure a strong match with client requirements.
  • Interviews : Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Candidate Experience : Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing timely feedback, and supporting candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers : Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver the best talent for client organizations.
  • Data Tracking & Reporting : Track sourcing metrics and recruitment progress, providing regular updates and reports to leadership.
  • Market Research : Stay current with industry trends, recruitment best practices, and new sourcing tools to stay ahead of the competition in attracting top talent.
  • Qualifications :

  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience : Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruiting or talent sourcing, preferably with experience in full-cycle recruiting or IT / technical sourcing.
  • Skills : Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers quickly.
  • Tech-Savvy : Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed), and social media platforms for sourcing.
  • Detail-Oriented : Ability to manage multiple requisitions, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive Attitude : Passion for recruitment and candidate engagement with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Certifications : Recruiting certifications such as AIRS, LinkedIn Recruiter, or others are a plus, but not required.
