Job Description :

We are seeking a dedicated Recruiting Coordinator to join our client's team in Glendale, AZ on a contract to hire basis. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our recruitment process by performing the following duties :

• Evaluate resumes and applications to identify top talent.
• Organize and manage interview schedules, including phone and in-person interviews.
• Support the sourcing of passive candidates on LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Keep candidate records up-to-date in Monday.com.
• Advertise job openings on various job boards and social media channels.
• Assist in the candidate disposition process and send follow-up communications.
• Plan and participate in recruiting events and job fairs.
• Aid in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing new hire packets and coordinating orientation sessions.
• Provide administrative support to the recruiting team as needed.

Qualifications :

Pay Details : $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
