Recruiting Coordinator

Job Description :

We are seeking a dedicated Recruiting Coordinator to join our client's team in Glendale, AZ on a contract to hire basis. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our recruitment process by performing the following duties :

Evaluate resumes and applications to identify top talent.

Organize and manage interview schedules, including phone and in-person interviews.

Support the sourcing of passive candidates on LinkedIn and other platforms.

Keep candidate records up-to-date in Monday.com.

Advertise job openings on various job boards and social media channels.

Assist in the candidate disposition process and send follow-up communications.

Plan and participate in recruiting events and job fairs.

Aid in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing new hire packets and coordinating orientation sessions.

Provide administrative support to the recruiting team as needed.

Qualifications :

Previous experience in a recruiting or administrative role is preferred.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, LinkedIn Recruiter, Zip Recruiter, and Monday.com.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Details : $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
