Job Title : Revenue Cycle Specialist
Department : Cash Reconciliation & Mail-room
Location : Hybrid - Indianapolis, IN
Schedule : Monday – Friday | 8-hour shifts (Flexible start time between 8 : 00 AM – 9 : 00 AM)
Assignment Duration : 3 months (with potential for extension)
Qualifications :
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in basic office software and data entry.
Prior experience in a mail-room or financial reconciliation environment is a plus.
Job Summary :
We are seeking a detail-oriented Revenue Cycle Representative to join our Cash Reconciliation & Mailroom team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting mail room operations, assisting with remittance processing, and backing up critical processes when team members are out. This is a hybrid position , beginning with full-time, in-office work before transitioning to a hybrid schedule.
Key Responsibilities :
Support mail-room operations, ensuring efficient handling of incoming and outgoing mail.
Assist in pulling remittances for posting.
Serve as a backup for key processes when team members are on leave.
Contribute to various projects and assist with other duties as assigned.
