LHH is seeking a Sales & Customer Service Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Sales staff and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:
Navigating customer service issues related to freight charges and claims.
Coordinating shipment and delivery details with customers.
Maintaining and distributing required reports both internally and externally.
Researching customer account issues and addressing them as needed.
Managing returns and customer complaints.
Performing other administrative tasks, including invoicing orders, answering the company’s main phone line, and handling outbound mail pickups.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
