Job Title : Sales Administrator
Location : Lemont, IL
Job Description :
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation of quotations, bids, and estimates for our customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and seamless communication with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist in the preparation of quotations, bids, and estimates for our customers.
Compile a cohesive quote package with all supporting technical documentation.
Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Support customer needs and ensure their requests and inquiries are communicated to the proper teams.
Follow up weekly with customers on open opportunities.
Process customer orders, reviewing all orders for pricing, lead time, terms and conditions, and compliance.
Work with sales to resolve any issues.
Receive and process customer concerns regarding products ordered.
Facilitate proper hand-off of received orders to downstream teams.
Support open contracts by ensuring customer submittals are sent and approvals are received on schedule.
Support the sales team in consistently meeting or exceeding order goals.
Update and maintain data entry on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Problem solve as necessary, finding root cause(s) and implementing countermeasure improvement actions.
Qualifications :
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Experience in order processing and customer support is preferred.
Proficiency in using relevant software and tools.

Pay Details : $26.00 to $28.00 per hour
