Please note that though this role is mostly REMOTE, you will be required to make in office visits to your clients and prospective clients in the Denver Metro Area regularly. You will also meet with your local Denver team in person at least once per month.

What you will be responsible for as a Sales Executive :
Drive Results : Own the revenue goals in the Denver Metro Area, delivering against ambitious growth targets through strategic, solution-based selling.
Lead the Charge : Follow up on marketing-assigned leads while proactively generating demand, identifying new opportunities, and tailoring solutions to meet client needs.
Strategic Partner : Build meaningful relationships with new clients, using a consultative approach to understand their challenges and provide customized solutions. Maintain accurate forecasting and a strong, visible pipeline.
Collaborate to Win : Work seamlessly with Talent Specialists, support functions, and other Lee Hecht Harrison verticals to deliver exceptional client experiences, ensuring smooth delivery while fostering retention and expansion opportunities.
Inspire the Team : Be a role model and champion of our “One LHH” culture, uniting efforts across the US and Global Teams and sharing best practices in solution selling.

Who You Will Work With
Reporting directly to the Denver Market Director, you will collaborate closely with the wider sales team, leveraging the expertise of LHH’s business and support functions. This role thrives on partnership, aligning with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver exceptional results and drive growth in the professional staffing market.
What We Offer
Annual base salary between $55,000 and $80,000
