Recruiter- Kansas City Metro Area
LHH is partnering with a client in the Kansas City Metro area who is seeking a Recruiter. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of recruitment processes, and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
· Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
· Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
· Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the company.
· Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
· Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
· Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
· Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role.
· Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in recruitment software and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
