LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for a growing & innovative international corporation located north of Greensboro, North Carolina. The ideal candidate will be degreed with a minimum of 3 years blended accounting and financial analysis experience. This role will provide financial support of business operations and the opportunity to contribute to a rapidly growing company. Senior Financial Analyst duties & responsibilities include:
· Provide various financial support to business operations
· Financial forecasting
· Business partnering
· Financial reporting and analysis
· Develop and analyze standard costs of manufactured goods
· Support Senior Management’s long term strategic plan
· Recommend changes to reduce costs and maximize profits
· Collect and analyze data for operational costs
· Prepare annual budgets and ongoing forecasts
· Conduct variance analysis to show how the budget and rolling forecast compares to actual performance
· Provide variance explanations
Qualifications desired:
· Bachelor’s degree
· Minimum 3 years financial analysis and/or blended accounting & financial analysis experience
· Excellent communication skills
· Strong attention to detail
· Proficiency in Excel
