Job Title : Supply Chain Manager

Location : Portland, Oregon

Salary Range : $100,000 - $120,000

Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Supply Chain Manager to join our team in Portland, Oregon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's overall supply chain and logistics strategy and operations to maximize process efficiency and productivity. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of supply chain management principles.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
Manage and optimize the end-to-end supply chain process, including procurement, production planning, inventory management, and distribution.
Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal departments to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
Utilize data-driven insights to forecast demand, manage inventory levels, and reduce costs.
Implement and maintain supply chain management software and tools to enhance operational efficiency.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the supply chain.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, inventory management software).

Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
