LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a software company in Phoenix. This organization is in search of a contractor to assist them their Help Desk role. This is Monday-Friday, fully onsite.
As a Temporary Help Desk Support Specialist, you will be the first line of support for internal employees, assisting them with both hardware and software issues. You will be responsible for resolving technical problems, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring that all issues are tracked and resolved in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide on-site technical support to internal employees for hardware and software issues.
- Assist with troubleshooting, diagnostics, and resolution of IT-related problems.
- Utilize a ticketing system to log, track, and manage requests and incidents.
- Communicate effectively with employees to understand their technical challenges and offer clear solutions.
- Escalate more complex issues to senior IT staff as needed.
- Ensure all hardware and software is operating efficiently and update records accordingly.
