Job Title : Vice President - Real Estate (ACCOUTNING)
Location : Lakewood, NJ (Onsite)
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage all aspects of real estate operations, including acquisitions, development, and asset management.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of real estate professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, conducting thorough market analysis and feasibility studies.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Monitor and report on the performance of real estate assets, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Drive innovation and efficiency in real estate processes and practices.
