LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Wealth Management Operations Specialist for a contract role with a Fortune 500 banking client that will provide quality hands-on experience.
Job Description :
Wealth Management Operations provides end-to-end operational support that drives the client experience for Wealth Management advisory partners and their clients. Within WMO, Banking & Personal Retirement Operations provides support for accounts and transactions.
Responsibilities :
Perform standard transaction processing and reconciliation according to established written guidelines and procedures.
Respond to client inquiries via numerous channels to support operational efficiency and quality client service.
Conduct basic research, follow-up, and resolution of routine research requests.
Identify potential issues in daily operational tasks and escalate risk concerns as needed.
Provide general operational support, including mail sorting and distribution.
Requirements :
Professional presence and ability to respond to emails in a professional manner.
Proficiency in MS Suite, Outlook, and Word.
