Accounting Manager

The ideal candidate will have current experience managing a team, oversight of full general ledger accounting and close functions as well as public accounting or SOX environment experience. Primary qualifications of the Accounting Manager opportunity include:
- Coordinate the month-end close process
- Manage day-to-day, full-cycle accounting functions, including fixed asset accounting
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements
- Review monthly journal entries and account reconciliations
- Perform variance analysis and prepare ad hoc reports as directed
- Manage quarterly and annual audit requests
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor's in accounting, finance or related field
- CPA license and/or public accounting experience
- 6 years of progressive accounting experience
- System savvy, strong Excel skills and ERP system experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
