Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements, including accrual postings
- Prepare lender and investor reporting, monthly variance analysis
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
- Ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations and industry standards
- Coordinate with property managers to address financial queries and issues
- Oversee tenant billing and collections, including rent, utilities, and other charges
- Monitor and manage property cash flows and funding requirements
- Assist in the internal and external audit processes

Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting with 3 years of property accounting experience.
