The Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing accounting functions, creating budgets, processing reimbursements, assisting with month end close, drafting journal entries, preparing monthly financial statements, and overseeing the accounting team. This role is pivotal in supporting financial health and growth, providing variance analysis, ensuring compliance with GAAP, identifying opportunities for process automation, and setting clear goals and expectations for the financial services department.
