We’re hiring a people-first Accounting Manager to lead a growing team of 13 for a commercial property management company in Upland. This is a high-impact, 100% onsite role with strong visibility and leadership collaboration.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and inspire a team with 4–5 direct reports
- Partner with leadership (including the President) — strategic input > daily accounting
- Coach a tenured, autonomous team and drive process & tech improvements
- Lead a systems conversion this summer
- Navigate both “legacy” and “short-term” property owner expectations
What You Bring:
- 5 years in accounting (real estate a plus)
- 3 years leading teams (hiring, coaching, performance mgmt.)
- Sharp communication, high EQ, and a get-it-done mindset
- Familiarity with Yardi, MRI, or RealPage preferred
