Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update financial records, ensuring they are accurate and comply with company standards.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, including billing and payment processing.
- Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger account reconciliations.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Generate financial reports and summaries as required.
- Utilize Sage CRE 300 software for various accounting functions.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in accounting, particularly within the construction and service industries.
- Proficiency with Sage CRE 300 is a significant advantage.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
